Can a man reject the Biblical truth of the Trinity and still be saved?  No

It is impossible to reject the Biblical doctrine of the Trinity and simultaneously “believe in the Son” as the Son in regards to His essential nature, identity and eternal existence.

Therefore the rejection of the Biblical truth that there is one God who exists in three co-eternal and co-equal persons, namely the Father, Son and Holy Ghost is damnable heresy.

Jesus Christ, the Son of God said “…for if ye believe not that I am he (Yahweh), ye shall die in your sins.”  John 8:24

It is of the utmost significance that directly after Thomas confessed that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, was both “Lord and God” that John declares – “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.”  The Son, as the Son who was manifest as the Lord Jesus Christ, is diety and thus by necessity eternal and this absolute truth necessitates the belief in the Trinity.  To reject the Triune nature of God precludes one from believing on the name or nature of the Son.

Eternal life is not a product of believing in the name of Jesus as the “title” of the Son, but rather as it relates to the divine nature and identity of Jesus as the Son of God.  For it is only because of WHO the Son is that He can atone for sin and give unto men the eternal life that is inherent in His divine and eternal being.  Remember, faith saves no one!  It is rather the object of ones faith which saves them.  Therefore, faith in anything or anyone other than the Son of God, as the Son of God, is vain.

“He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life:  and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”  John 3:36

“Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father…”  1 John 2:23

“He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself:  but he that believeth not God hath made Him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of His Son.”  1 John 5:10

“Little children keep yourself from idols.”  1 John 5:21

The epistle of 1 John was written with the express purpose of granting the recipients a revelation of the nature and identity or “name” of the Son as well as the consequential fruit which will be evident in the lives of those who have believed upon the one true God revealed by the Son (1 John 5:13).  I therefore believe that this final admonition of 1 John regarding idolatry is primarily in regards to fashioning in ones mind a false view of God contrary to the record which He has given as revealed through the twofold witness of the Word of God and the incarnation of the divine and thus eternally existent Son.

Any other “god” than the one which has been revealed through the eternal and divine Son of God is in essence an idol who can atone for no one and thus can save no one.

What think ye of Christ?

Exposing Oneness Pentecostalism: The Biblical Godhead

“But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:”

John 15:26 KJV

The Godhead in one Bible verse:

-The (1)Son sends the (2)Spirit from the (3)Father

-All three persons of the Godhead are involved and distinct from each other

-It’s obvious that the Son is not the Father or the Spirit, the Spirit isn’t the Son or the Father and the Father isn’t the Son or the Spirit
